Our composite welding button-type contacts are
manufactured by combining properly projected
Cu-alloy (shown as "backing" in the chart) with
contact material (shown as "facing" in the chart),
and being welded to spring or blade. It is
manufactured by pressing from laminated stock or by
cold heading from wire in accordance with the
specification of their shape. Among our button type
contacts made by pressing operation, we can offer a
heat sink type product where we utilize 3 layer clad
tape with copper layer in the middle. |
